Starting as co-owner of Seta Brasil Creative Agency, he delivered high-value branding for prominent companies, including PEC Energia, a major renewable energy firm. In 2009, as Creative Director at Paladino Studio, he elevated branding standards by working with global industry leaders such as Havaianas and ThyssenKrupp. In 2012, Luís took the helm as CEO of Epoch Times Brazil, transforming its editorial and commercial operations and reaching audiences of millions in Brazil and Portugal—helping make it one of the fastest-growing Brazilian media outlets to date. In 2014, upon moving to New York as US Correspondent, he expanded its international footprint and streamlined the user experience for global editions, contributing to a project nominated for the prestigious 2017 Publishingpriset Award in Sweden. Leveraging his cross-sector expertise, Luís transitioned to business consulting, supporting Ossis Medical from 2019 to 2022 with operational improvements. In 2022, he became Chief Operations Officer at Brunswick Advisers, an investment family office managing assets in the US and Germany, where he implemented robust institutional processes for funding non-profits and individuals while streamlining internal operations to drive revenue and scale. In 2024, Luís founded Wise Consultancy, leading a high-impact engagement for a high-end antique jewelry retailer in New York that delivered an 80% revenue increase within twelve months—clear evidence of his ability to rapidly generate ROI and long-term value creation.
