Yoav Zelikovic holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, as well as an MBA in Finance from Bar-Ilan University. In addition, he completed the Israeli Securities Authority License Program and is a Certified Portfolio Manager.
Yoav Zelikovic is an Israeli investment analyst, portfolio manager, and former corporate lawyer, currently leading Zelikovic Investments with a focus on deep value, contrarian, and quantitative-based strategies targeting small-cap equities and long-term value creation with a track record of delivering disciplined results since 2019. Previously, from April 2016 to May 2019, he managed portfolios independently at Quantum Capital Markets, and before that, was a securities trader and portfolio manager at Altshuler Shaham—one of Israel’s largest investment firms. Earlier in his career, Yoav practiced law at top Israeli firms including Bregman & Co., KDF Katzenell Dimant Frank, and Haim Samet, Steinmetz, Haring & Co., representing publicly traded companies, banks, and start-ups in capital markets and corporate law. His military service includes the IDF Education Corps and an international posting in Chicago, United States. Yoav is a frequent lecturer at investment clubs and financial conferences, co-hosts a value investing podcast with Gilad Slonim, and is widely published on financial portals in Israel and abroad. Fluent in both English and Hebrew from growing up in Israel and the US, he is respected in the value investing community for his disciplined, empirically based approach and regularly speaks at events like the FatAlpha Conference and ValueX, sharing his expertise with audiences in Israel and internationally.
